"I don't send accolades when they are not due however, Chris and his roofing crew were exceptionally hard working, professional and knowledgeable! I should also mention, Tim has been outstanding in project management communication, the framing crew was very impressive/meticulous and Alissa, Sam and April, who I have bothered a million times, are always outstanding!  These are true examples great employees and why we chose SC as the company to repair both of our homes! Chris and his crew have completed our roof and from what I know and can see, did an exceptional job, admit major setbacks from the supplier, at no fault of SC. First, as you probably know, the supply truck was stuck in the driveway for the second time, Chris and crew had to offload the trailer to get the all materials to the house by hand. (no less than 150ft away) Second, the supplier delivered the wrong drip edge, after Tim monitored every step, except for loading/delivering the materials himself. The worst part is, that by the time we noticed, Chris and crew had installed 80% of the drip edge and the entire front side shingles! Both issues were rectified quickly by Tim and Chris, but mostly importantly, the house is finished and looks amazing. Southern Construction has some of the hardest working employees and definitely the best roofing crews in town, especially with Chris and crew. (Their work ethic needs to be cloned, it is hard to find now days!) I commend everyone we have worked with at SC and say we truly appreciate everything."
